Our games are free to play, so there is nothing to refund.

Paid digital items (such as the AI Life Story)

These items are generated and delivered immediately after purchase. At checkout you will be asked to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once generation has started.

For that reason, purchases cannot be refunded once generation has started, except in these cases, where you will receive a full refund:

• the item was not generated or not delivered;

• the item is faulty or clearly not as described, and we cannot fix it;

• you were charged more than once for the same item;

• a refund is required by the consumer law of your country.

How to ask

Write to yuan [at] endorphinsonline.com with your order number, or reply to your Paddle receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes approved refunds; its own refund policy and your statutory rights also apply.
